Holmes Dyer has prepared the subdivision design, floorplans, elevations and landscape concepts for this small infill site at Herdsmans Cove. The locality is an area of social disadvantage, which is in need of affordable housing and investment.
The project represents the first private sector investment in the locality in many years. The design has carefully considered site slope, using split level housing designs, and careful site benching to minimise retaining wall heights, despite the compact nature of the project.
