Dinosaur Park Subdivision Concept

Project Info:

Holmes Dyer has prepared a concept for the development of surplus Council and State land at Bridgewater.

A key element of the design has been to link up a series of cul-de-sacs to provide improved interconnectivity and personal safety within the locality.

A park and playground are located at the confluence of the interconnecting roads to provide a high quality community focal point for the development.

Raised thresholds and slow points are utilised to manage traffic speeds and limit through traffic.

Dinosaur Park has since undergone development, delivering a range of affordable housing and community housing outcomes.
