Holmes Dyer was engaged by Planning and Land Use Services (Plan SA or PLUS) to assess developments undertaken by State Government agencies. This includes development for schools, jetties, health infrastructure, and land division for road reserves among others.
Holmes Dyer was responsible for assessing the applications, but not managing the entire process. Through this process Holmes Dyer was able to maximise cost-effectiveness of the service by leaving the administrative functions within PLUS.
Holmes Dyer provided a high-quality, affordable and scalable service, with the capacity to take on as many applications as needed at a given time in order to smooth out seasonal variation; which provided PLUS with the flexibility it needed to be able to meet its timeframe obligations in a less resource intensive manner.
